Here's the beautiful bride, my loverly daughter, Megan Lorraine Shaner Kirchem. She got married Feb 20, 2010, the weekend after Mardi Gras, in the St. Louis cathedral here in New Orlean. She married Mr. Charles Joseph Kirchem IV. An outstanding young man, who I have no worry about being able to provide for them to live a healthy and fruitful life.
I love this pic. See me waving that finger, I'm laying down the law; "you take care of this man." And that's exactly what I said. I hope she remembers. If not she will after she sees this.

Here's the happy couple after the ceremony. Notice how they are looking at their respective sides of the catherdral at the families. I noticed that, some instinctual urge there I think for immediate approval.

MY ENTIRE FAMILY

And here the last pic to post on this series of the wedding. My entire immediate family still alive. I'll introduce them all to you , starting at the far left and working to ther right one by one: First is my oldest nephew Chance Matthew Jones. Next is his wife Claudia. She is holding their youngest son born last summer, Samuel Thomas Jones. Next is my mother Eva Theriot Shaner (me me're) the matriarch of our family. Then it's me Robert Ritchie Shaner II, followed by the lovely couple Mr. and Mrs Charles Joseph Kirchem IV. Then thre is little Nicholas Matthew Jones, Chance's oldest son, in front of his me me're, my sister Bobbie Lorraine Shaner Jones. Then we have Anna Belle Jones in front of her mother Allison Jones. They are Parrish Ryan Jones's daughter and wife. He is my youngest nephew, the last one on the right. I'm very proud of everyone in the picture. They have all been successfull in their endevors and life choices so far, and I expect them all to be even more successful in their future endevors

New year's in front of the cigar humidor with two of my lovely emplyees.

Here I am with Santa at my bar. He comes and sees me every year. I guess I'm a good boy. He doesn't like it that we're closed Christmas. But i tell him we're a good Catholic bar, we always close Christmas and Easter. That's about the only two days during the year we close.
